Docsora Technologies LLC Fz ("Docsora," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to maintaining the highest standards of transparency and fairness regarding refunds, cancellations, billing disputes, and subscription management. This Refund & Cancellation Policy ("Policy") governs all payments, subscriptions, renewals, refunds, cancellations, and related billing matters for our cloud-based document management and workflow platform ("Services").
By purchasing, subscribing to, or otherwise using any paid features of Docsora, you explicitly agree to abide by the terms of this Policy. If you do not accept these terms in full, you must immediately discontinue use of the paid Services and cancel any active subscriptions.
This Policy is designed to protect both Docsora and Users from misunderstandings, financial disputes, and legal liabilities, and is applicable to all users globally without exception.
• Paid subscriptions are provided on a recurring basis, either monthly or annually, as selected by you at the time of purchase.
• Subscription fees are billed in advance of each billing cycle, and all payments must be made in full and on time to maintain uninterrupted Service access.
• Fees exclude applicable taxes, duties, or levies imposed by governmental authorities, which may be added to your invoice or charged separately as required by law.
• All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. Users who opt for a custom subscription plan by selecting specific services acknowledge and agree that fees will be charged on a recurring basis based on their selected services. These custom plans are non-refundable once the billing cycle has commenced, and pricing may vary based on service adjustments. By continuing with a custom plan, users accept full responsibility for managing and updating their service selections prior to each billing cycle.
• By subscribing, you provide explicit authorization to Docsora to charge your designated payment method automatically at each renewal.
• You agree to keep payment information accurate, current, and complete, and acknowledge that failure to do so may result in Service suspension.
• Docsora reserves the right to adjust subscription pricing, fees, and charges at any time upon at least thirty (30) days' prior written notice via email or platform notification.
• Continued use of paid Services after pricing changes constitutes acceptance of the new fees.
• Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors compliant with applicable financial security standards.
• Docsora does not store payment card information directly but facilitates secure payment authorization.
• Users may cancel their subscriptions at any time via their account dashboard or by contacting customer support at contact@docsora.com.
• Cancellation requests must be received prior to the next billing date to avoid renewal charges.
• Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid Services through the end of the current billing cycle. Access and Service features will expire upon the conclusion of the paid term.
• Upon cancellation, termination, or expiry of your subscription, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan after a seven (7) day grace period. At that time, your storage will be frozen, preventing further uploads, and Free plan limitations will apply.
• Docsora will generally retain your User Content, data, and account information securely on its platform indefinitely. While your data is retained, Docsora may display upgrade prompts or notifications encouraging subscription renewal.
• It is your sole responsibility to back up, export, or otherwise secure your data prior to cancellation, termination, or expiry.
• Users may permanently delete their data at any time through their account profile settings. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Docsora reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to permanently delete, anonymize, or otherwise dispose of account data after a period of thirty (30) days following cancellation, termination, or expiry.
• Docsora reserves the right to suspend or cancel your subscription and/or account without notice or refund for nonpayment, violations of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, security breaches, or abusive conduct.
• Involuntary cancellations for breach or misuse will not entitle you to any refund or compensation.
• All subscription payments, whether monthly, annual, or one-time, are strictly non-refundable.
• Subscription fees, service charges, and one-time payments made to Docsora are non-transferable and non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to partial use, dissatisfaction with the Services, technical issues, or changes in business needs.
• If you believe a charge on your account is unauthorized or fraudulent, you must notify Docsora immediately at contact@docsora.com.
• Docsora will investigate such claims promptly. If verified, you may be eligible for a credit or adjustment at Docsora's sole discretion.
• In cases of failed or declined payments, access to paid Services may be suspended until payment is successfully collected.
• You will be notified of payment failures and granted a grace period (typically seven (7) calendar days) to update billing information. If the outstanding balance is not settled within this period, the user's account will revert to the Free Plan or the account may be Terminated.
• Any chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes filed without prior communication and resolution attempts with Docsora are considered a breach of this Policy.
• Such chargebacks may result in immediate suspension or termination of Services and could lead to legal action to recover owed amounts plus damages.
• Promotional pricing, discounts, coupons, and special offers are subject to additional terms and limitations.
• Unless otherwise specified, promotional subscriptions are non-refundable and non-transferable. Customers who subscribe under a promotional offer will continue to be charged the promotional rate on a monthly basis, even after the promotion ends, until the subscription is cancelled. If the subscription is cancelled and later renewed, standard or current pricing at the time of re-subscription will apply.
• Docsora reserves the right to revoke or modify promotional offers at any time without notice.
• Docsora reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services, including features and pricing structures, at any time with or without notice.
• If such modifications materially impact your paid subscription or Service usage, Docsora will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance.
• No refunds or credits will be issued due to changes or discontinuation of features unless explicitly agreed in writing.
• Upon subscription cancellation or account termination, your access to all paid Services and stored User Content will be revoked at the end of the billing cycle or immediately in cases of suspension or breach.
• Docsora does not guarantee data recovery or retention beyond the end of your paid term and is not liable for any data loss resulting from account closure.
• It is your responsibility to export and back up all important data before cancellation.
• Any billing disputes or refund requests must be submitted in writing to contact@docsora.com within thirty (30) days of the transaction date.
• Docsora commits to good-faith efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly.
• If resolution cannot be reached amicably, disputes will be governed by the governing law and jurisdiction clauses set forth in the Terms of Use.
• Docsora reserves the right to update or amend this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time and without prior notice.
• Updated versions will be posted on our platform and communicated via email or notifications when reasonably practicable.
• Continued use of paid Services after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
