Our cutting-edge Software-as-a-Service ("SaaS") platform delivers a fully integrated, comprehensive suite of sophisticated, secure, scalable, and legally compliant tools designed to facilitate a broad range of document-related activities including creation, storage, transmission, electronic signing, translation, conversion, compression, and editing (collectively referred to as the "Services").
By accessing, registering for, or otherwise using Docsora - whether through our website, applications, APIs, or any associated platforms - you expressly acknowledge and agree to enter into a legally binding contract governed by these Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms"). These Terms constitute the full, complete, and exclusive agreement between you and Docsora, superseding any prior oral or written agreements, communications, representations, or understandings relating to your use of any Docsora products or Services.
If you do not fully accept and irrevocably agree to be bound by all provisions contained herein, you must immediately discontinue any use of Docsora and permanently delete all software, accounts, data, or related materials associated with the platform. Use of Docsora without full acceptance of these Terms is strictly prohibited.
Your access to and use of Docsora are strictly conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By using Docsora, you affirm and represent that you have the legal capacity, authority, and rights to enter into this agreement and to use the Services in accordance with these Terms. If you are using Docsora on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
Docsora expressly reserves the sole and unilateral right, at any time and for any reason, to modify, amend, revise, update, or replace these Terms or any portion thereof, with or without prior notice. Updated versions of these Terms will be posted on the Docsora platform and may be communicated to you via email or platform notifications. It is your sole responsibility to regularly review these Terms to stay informed of any changes. Your continued use of Docsora following the posting or communication of updated Terms shall constitute your irrevocable acceptance and agreement to be bound by such changes.
Failure to comply with these Terms may result in immediate suspension, restriction, or termination of your access to Docsora, without any liability or obligation to provide refunds, compensation, or notice.
For clarity and precision throughout these Terms, the following definitions apply:
• "User" refers to any individual or legal entity accessing or using the Docsora Platform and Services, including agents, employees, contractors, or authorized representatives acting on their behalf.
• "Content" means all data, files, documents, images, audio, video, text, metadata, or other materials uploaded, transmitted, stored, created, or otherwise processed on or through Docsora.
• "User Content" specifically refers to Content that is submitted, uploaded, or generated by Users, whether publicly or privately.
• "Services" means the entirety of functionalities, features, products, tools, APIs, software applications, and offerings provided through Docsora, either directly or through third-party integrations.
• "Account" refers to the unique credentials, profile, and user identity associated with a User enabling access to the Services.
• "Adult Supervisor" means a parent, legal guardian, or responsible adult who supervises the use of Docsora by a Minor, assumes legal responsibility, and consents to these Terms on the Minor's behalf.
• "Minor" means any User who is under eighteen (18) years of age.
These definitions shall govern the interpretation of terms within this agreement unless otherwise specified.
Access to and use of Docsora is strictly limited to individuals who are at least sixteen (16) years old. This age restriction is imposed to comply with applicable child protection laws, including but not limited to the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA"), General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") provisions relating to minors, and other regional regulations.
Persons under sixteen (16) years old are expressly prohibited from accessing or using Docsora under any circumstances. If you are under 16, you must not register or use the Services, and we reserve the right to delete any such accounts immediately upon discovery.
Users aged sixteen (16) through seventeen (17) ("Minors") may only use Docsora with the explicit consent, supervision, and active monitoring of a responsible Adult Supervisor. The Adult Supervisor must have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and assumes full legal, financial, and moral responsibility for all acts, omissions, and consequences of the Minor's use of Docsora, including but not limited to content uploaded, shared, or transmitted, and compliance with all applicable laws and these Terms.
You warrant and represent that all information you provide about your age is truthful, accurate, and complete. Docsora reserves the right, at its sole discretion and by any lawful means—including but not limited to third-party age verification services—to verify User age. Failure to meet age restrictions or supervision requirements may result in immediate suspension, restriction, or termination of your access, without liability or refund.
By allowing a Minor to use Docsora, Adult Supervisors irrevocably indemnify Docsora, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from the Minor's use or breach of these Terms.
Docsora disclaims all liability for any harm, damages, losses, or claims resulting from improper use by Minors or insufficient supervision.
